Electrical stretching Machine adapts the thermal expansion theory, appling high current electrical heating (up to 6000A) to vehicle side shin. With short time pneumatic strecth, the welding process finished; and then skin will return to normal temperature so as to ensure the skin free of wave and reduce the amount of putty use in the next painting process. Our equipment could be applied to vehicle skin with pameters of length between 6000 to 12000mm, the width between 300 to 1500mm, and the thickness between 0.8 to 1.2mm.
With the large strength of the hydraulic cylinder, the side skin of the bus will be stretched before welding, and then welded after tension. The hydraulic stretching machine designed by our company can reach maximum tensile force of 30 tons, which can be applied to vehicle skin with parameters of width between 300 to 1500mm, the thickness between 0.8 to 1.2mm. Our technique can perfectly ensure the skin free of wave, in order to enhance the vehicle appearance quality and overall performance.
