The DUOYUAN automotive welding production line can be customized according tocustomer needs, mainly consisting of a body assembly line and many sub assemblylines. According to the body structure, it can be divided into sub assembly lines, sidewall lines, floor assembly lines, body lines, door cover lines, adiustment lines, andconveyor lines.
The planning and layout of production lines not only need to consider variousaspects such as accuracy assurance, production efficiency, distribution logistics, andwarehousing, but are also limited by existing conditions such as factory area andstructure, and painting corridors. There is no perfect layout plan, only the one that iscurrently most suitable for you. 
 

Components of Welding Line
Body Frame Assembly Machine	assembly and welding on six body frame	adjustable, and suitable for different types of vehicle.
Conveyor System	automated transportation of the body frame among different stations
Power Truss	the truss used for the site layout, for instance, spot welder, fans, lighting lamp,  circuit. etc...
Side Covering Stretching Machine	stretch the body covering and welding onto the frame. Principle: hydraulic pressure	stretching the body covering by using hydraulic pressure till to section of elastic deformation, then welding onto the frame.
Side Covering Stretching Machine	stretch the body covering and welding onto the frame.  Principle: Thermal-Expansion and  Contraction	Electrical Heating. Before the cold-contraction , the body covering will be weld onto the frame.
Body Frame Hanger	The hanger can be lifted by crane and transport from welding line to assembly workshop.
Process Carrier ( with ground rails )	The body frame will be set upon the process carrier , and transport among different stations.
