Automobile body frame robotic welding assembly jigs system 

 

The frame assembly equipment is in the production process commonly used by coach manufacturers for batch production.  It is also the main way to improve product quality and production efficiency. Through years of research and development, our company has developed the frame assembly equipment suitable for different coach manufacturers. Together with various types of lifts, the equipment can realize high-precision, high-quality and convenient frame assembly. The six pieces of bus frame assembly can be realized through the rapid positioning of the left and right frames. The left and right rack has features of hydraulic drive, mechanical positioning, and high repetitive positioning accuracy.

 

The positioning mechanism of the assembly equipment is controlled by servo. The parameters of the vehicle can be stored in the PLC. When the vehicle is replaced, the code of the vehicle type can be selected. The automatic adjustment and positioning of the vehicle type can be realized, and all the data of 200 models can be stored.

 

There are a set of truss assembly, propulsion system, translation system and servo positioning system on both sides of the body frame assembly equipment. The left and right trusses of the equipment have side NC positioning units, which have the width of the upper beam of the window adjusted by NC and the height direction of the waist beam adjusted by NC. The width of the truss is positioned by NC with the frame. Numerically controlled adjustment of skirt width.

 

The equipment locates the window pillar, waist beam and skirt side pillar respectively, and at the same time it satisfies the longitudinal positioning. The window column is positioned by external arc surface, which is convenient for lifting side frame and fitting top cover. The waist beam is positioned by external arc surface and height, and the skirt column is positioned by external arc surface. The assembly equipment is equipped with front and rear orientation blocks of side frame to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the front and back positions of the frame.

 

The positioning device can meet the requirements of convenient, fast and accurate positioning. Pneumatic clamping is used for waist beam positioning and window column positioning, and no clamping is needed for skirt column positioning. The positioning device can satisfy the positioning of various types of vehicles, and ensure the repetitive positioning accuracy of each type.
